Self Diagnosed ADD + Rainy Sunday = Blogging

Hello friends and welcome to my new blog - Betch, Please! This notion was born out of my feeling that I had too many ridiculous things to say to let them go to waste...and it's raining outside and I'm bored. As for the rather colorful title, I felt that it was absurd enough to reflect how I typically view the world and try to keep pretty much everything as entertaining as possible. I don't have any specific direction that I am planning on taking this, but like any new relationship, we'll take it slow and see where it goes.

Now that that's out of the way...I had a pretty interesting weekend. I was lucky enough to score some free tickets to the Lady GaGa show at Terminal 5 on Saturday. This betch is out of control...in a good way. A very good way. Anyone brave enough to wear bubble dresses and hairbows is worth seeing - even if it is cheesy pop music. To be honest, I don't really understand people that hate pop music. I feel like all music serves a purpose - no matter what the genre. It's just as much fun to listen to music that makes you want to dance and it is to listen to truly "good" music. It all depends on your mood and what feeling you're looking for at the time. Anyway, those are my thoughts on that. Your welcome.

Today has been unbelievably lazy. Neither Kibbe or myself have left the house and I wouldn't have had it any other way. We've watched such fantastic programs as "Legend of the Seeker", "House" and "Ugly Betty". Pretty diverse I would say! Sometimes one needs a day as lazy as this to recover from a stressful week. That's about it for now I suppose. Be back soon when I have dramatic news to report!
